Congratulations, you're ready to buy a house—now what?  Here’s how the buying process works from start to finish.

1. Start with Online Research: Look at homes in your preferred areas to compare prices and features.

2. Budget Planning: Use my online mortgage calculator to estimate monthly payments and include utility costs to see if it's affordable.

3. Get pre-approved by a lender: I can provide referrals if you're not already working with a lender

4. House Hunting: Be patient and provide feedback to me to find the right home. It might take time. Let others know you're looking as they might have leads.

5. Make an Offer: We'll work together to make a reasonable offer, considering market conditions and closing costs.

6. Closing the Deal: Once the offer is accepted and inspections are clear, you'll sign paperwork and receive the keys to your new home.
